Veena Jagtap is a Marathi actress born on March 4, 1990. Veena is the eldest daughter of Mahendra Jagtap and Nirmala Jagtap from Ulhasnagar. Veena also has a younger sister named Mishti. Veena's schooling was from Guru Nanak High School in Ulhasnagar, she later graduated from the College of Arts and Commerce for Women in Banking & Insurance.

Veena started her career with the Sindhi film Pahinjo Hikdo Hi yaar aa. But she came to prominence through her role as Radha in Colors Marathi's Radha Prem Rangi Rangali series, in which she appeared with famous Marathi actor Sachit Patil. She had before appeared in the role of Nisha Singh Shekhavat in the series Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai on Star Plus. She also had small roles in Marathi films anaan and whats up lagn.

Veena's real success was due to Bigg Boss Marathi 2. Veena was the contestant in Bigg Boss Marathi Season 2. And in the same show, she fell in love with Shiv Thakere. The two are still in love with each other and will be getting married soon
